    Quality Assurance Program Information: Quality Planning and Assurance Organon Advisors customizes PMI methodology to client-centric and project specific needs. Our quality process is built into our project templates involving analysis and requirements detail, systems architecture and design approach, the technical execution, and change approval phase. We use our rigorous project management methodology to develop social media policy documents, mobile technology, e-commerce applications, and enterprise solutions for hospitality, manufacturing, and financial services clients. Quality planning, metrics, and feedback loops are integrated in each phase and for every client. Before each project we advise sector leading benchmarking, proof of concepts using Microsoft technologies, and prototyping with modern interpreted languages. We model cost-benefit analysis extensively in Microsoft Excel. During the project we measure each deliverable against schedule, resource, and expenditure. Our project managers are the primary source of quality assurance on our project. They have advanced technical degrees, functional knowledge, and industry certifications. We have over a decade of software development and systems integration experience in Enterprise Resource Planning technologies we are intimately aware of Six Sigma, TQM, and Continuous Improvement methods. We are expert in modeling linear, multi-variate, and Monte Carlo simulations of client data to measure and evaluate quality processes.
